What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. We also use local storage, which works in a similar way. In this policy, “cookies” covers both.

Some cookies are set by us (first-party). Others are set by services we use, such as LinkedIn (third-party).

How we use them

We group cookies into four categories. Strictly necessary cookies are always on. The other three are only placed after you give consent in the cookie banner.

Strictly necessaryAlways active. Needed for security, page navigation and to remember your cookie choice.

FunctionalOff by default. Remember your choices and allow embedded videos to play.

AnalyticsOff by default. Collected with a self-hosted Matomo instance in the EU. IP addresses are anonymised and data is not shared.

MarketingOff by default. Set by LinkedIn and X to measure our recruitment and event campaigns.
